Becoming a really good house. They're recruiting well up to about 90 active members. They're social life is improving parties with top tier sororities and a tailgate with Sig Ep, A Phi and Tri Delt next year. Very involved on campus and in the community. Their grades are improving, they're in good standing with the university. They performed well at homecoming and have won DG anchorsplash two years in a row. You an expect them to be mentioned as a top house within a few years.

when losers with no life waste their time trying to lower the ranking of an overall pretty solid house. Pay attention to all the bad rankings and you notice that their just the laziest least productive insults.

None of these houses would be considered bottom three by anyone, it's pretty obvious that people on here are trolling trying to lower their ranking.

Houses that are worse than all three of the houses listed: Acacia, AGR, Chi Phi, Theta Chi, Theta Xi, Houses that are without a doubt worse than Pike and Pi Kapp but better than TKE: Fratican, Sig Chi, Kappa Sig, AGS Houses that are debatably worse than Pi Kapp: DU, Farmhouse and Pike Houses that are about the same level as Pi Kapp: Phi Psi (assuming they aren't kicked off campus), Phi Delt, Fiji.

except you know pi kapp is three times the size of theta xi and actually parties with sororities that aren't phi mu or adpi.

Their Halloween and glow parties were awesome! These guys are all around great guys. Go out of their way to make sure girls are having fun. And play great music. Love pi kapp.
