Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 2.6 This house honestly isn't that bad, but I recently attended a rush event and I was sorely disappointed. The current rushees are lackluster at best. Don't get me wrong, there are several upperclassman that are great guys, in fact most of them are, but I expected way more from potential members. The rushees I met were rude and showed no respect. Not only this, but the police showed up to the party and the members of the House handled the situation very poorly.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.8 These guys are one of my favorite houses because I know like half the house. Even though they aren't the top house on campus they are all genuine and can through awesome tailgates and parties (even though sloppy sometimes)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.2 Definitely not considered a top house here at UNL, but over-all great guys! Super fun and down to earth. Way nicer than some of the guys in the "top houses" and each pledge class is getting better each year.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.8 Pi Kap is a decent chapter, not top tier by any means, but definitely not bottom tier. They doubled their numbers over the past couple of years, and have a good chance of becoming a top tier chapter in a couple years. However, right now they are middle.
