If you had a brain you would know how hard it is to start from scratch and build a house for 60 in ten years. ThatS huge.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.2 very weird house, they dress okay, but as a whole are very strange. Had a social with them once, and it seemed like we were the first girls to talk to them in years.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.4 agree with comment below, not sure where their house is, never even met a phi kapp, not involved at all and don't party (at least that i've heard of)
