What's the deal with skulls?

skulls got kicked off campus a while ago because one of their new members got drunks underage and fell off a railing that was too low in their house. they haven't existed in any real capacity at penn for decades. a long time ago (8-10 years or something) some kids tried to restart it off-campus with the goal of eventually moving back in but couldn't generate enough traction to keep existing and so it dissolved after a couple years.

their old house is the one in between M&T and Castle. really nice and the alumni association rents it to Penn for some admin programs now. But at the end of the day it's up to a chapter to reform itself with help from their nationals and I haven't heard of anything official coming from them. there's also been a poor trend for greeklife in general at penn recently (many smaller chapters have straight up stopped existing in the last ten years) so forming a new one is probably unlikely
