NEW ON GREEKRANK

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.0 As others have said, these guys aren't too involved on campus. They are extremely nice and laidback though and many of them are not stereotypically "fratty." Probably one of the less douchy relevant frats at Penn. They are all very close and their open parties on spruce are a lot of fun. Mixers are pretty hit-and-miss.

The brotherhood is definitely their strong point- they all like each other for the most part, and many brothers in different classes are extremely close. Their downside is their complete lack of campus involvement- no charity events, no registered parties, ect. Off campus house is in a good location and actually has good parties.

Smoke a lot and try to throw down, but they tend to have geeds and low-tier sororities do most of their stuff with them. Some are nice, some are weird. Kind of in flux at the moment, can't tell of they're getting better or worse.
