Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.8 TEPS are just an average Fratenity, but they do have some good guys. They are a very good Alumni network. They are the same Alumni that actually saved their whole National TEP Fraternity, that was almost about to go out of exisitence 2 years ago.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.6 TEP is a niche frat at this point. Do not have the mass appeal that they used to or the mass appeal of the other frats on their level. You either love them or they are pretty much irrelevant to you. That being said, they throw a pretty decent open party (especially band parties), and have some pretty fun closed events as well. They mix with decent sororities, but their mixers are never that great.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.6 Very average dudes. Smoke a lot and try to throw down, but they tend to have geeds and low-tier sororities do most of their stuff with them. Some are nice, some are weird. Kind of in flux at the moment, can't tell of they're getting better or worse.
