Most resembles what you would find at a large school frat. Preppy athletic type kids who are very social and are widely regarded as a top tier frat at Penn.

Phi Delta has great boys and they are very handsome and athletic. The house is super cool and they throw awesome parties.

Easily the realest frat at Penn. They consistently get great class in the spring and fall. Arguably the best sorority relations (mixes mostly w/ tridelt, theta, aphi) and know how to throw memorable events. Arguably top house from a domestic standpoint.

Even though Phi Delt is probably the top house at Penn, it is worth noting that they do have a lot of athletes. Not that it is a bad thing, but they should be more thoughtful considering they are literally the only frat that can throw a good party on campus.

Phi Delt is the top-tier house on campus during a time which has seen its rival fraternities wither away. With the only strong brotherhood on campus, Phi Delt has been able to pretty much do whatever they want with relatively zero pressure from any other fraternity (which is not normal). I’m not sure what happened to the other frats but for now, Phi Delt is definitely the best house at Penn

Phi delt is mid tier. Their social is strong, but their brotherhood is weak due to fall classes and the frequency of athletes that are not gonna go to anything. Bots all around but they def get a few girls

Strong relations with aphi/tridelta (stopped mixing with oax some time ago). A lot of preppy lax players that cross rush Hall. They’re like the popular athletic guy friend group from high school.

Best fraternity on campus. Band parties are super fun and brotherhood is great. Always have fun times at their house and of course after.
