Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 2.8 Past 3-4 ratings are former pledges who were forced to self-rank, pathetically obvious. Formerly a top house, have been slipping over the years and are now solidly in mid tier. Their most recent pc has a lot of weirdos/randos who people wonder how they got bids (everyone knows who they are). Also lost more rushes than usual to other houses. When they got their new pc they raved on this site about "stealing all the A's kids", but A's pc is better and got all their top rushes.

Past 3-4 ratings are former pledges who were forced to self-rank, pathetically obvious. Formerly a top house, have been slipping over the years and are now solidly in mid tier.
