Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Pennsylvania - UPenn 4.6 These guys know how to party. Never been disappointed. In my opinion, they are the coolest on campus. Could use some work on getting out to Penn's community, but there are a relatively new chapter, so they are on the rise. Give it 3 years, and FIJI will be the best on campus
