This website is anonymous, so it's mostly self ranks and people hating on other houses to make their own look better, and there's no way to verify the info on here is accurate. Go through recruitment and get to know each house and you'll get an accurate idea of what each one is like.

I love seeing the consistency of these posts because they clearly have an element of a lie in them. Some houses genuinely suck — bad retention, bad sisterhood, mediocre as a whole. So while yes you may have some good experiences, you’ll probably struggle there. But y’all out here posting as if every house is the best.

True! Also sometimes what happens is a long time ago a house got called bottom tier for accepting a member of some minority group and other people decided to label them bottom tier for that. Over time it just becomes that they’re bottom tier for being bottom tier. There was never anything wrong with them in the first place. Best way to get to know a house is to meet the people in it.

no one is saying every house is the best it's just that sometimes people diss houses for no reason. most of the so-called "bottom tier" houses are completely fine to join and some of the "top tier" houses have problems like aphi for example
