I’ve only ever met one genuinely kind Theta. Although they have one of the nicer houses, I’ve never really seen them involved on campus and they post the same 3-5 girls on every Instagram post.

Any girls going through rush seeing this PLEASE know that yes they’re seem nice during rush but outside of it they’re some of the rudest people you’ll ever meet. They’re also on the verge of losing their house, have many in house living issues, NO CHEF, they give no privacy when you live in. They also act like frats and everyone likes them when they just stand there awkwardly at parties, for things like homecoming and Greek week the frats dread being paired with them bc they know they’re going to lose. Their retention is also very bad bc of how they treat each other:)

Most of the girls keep to themselves, I had a few in my classes and whenever I would try to talk to them they would give me dirty looks. Also some of the girls are really into stealing bfs.

The only thing I dislike about Theta is how other members of greek life make me feel for being in it. These girls are there for me for EVERY. THING. yet the top houses make fun of them

If someone is looking for a ragtag group of friends for life, this is it. Definitely not a "stereotypical&quo t; sorority. This chapter has always been an interest mix but the women have a lot of heart and support for each other. They have a lot of invested alums who offer support. Definitely went through a bad rough patch but the chapter is better than it has been in awhile. Good eggs all around here.

All of these good reviews are clearly from members and I wouldn’t believe them if I were you, consider it a warning, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows like they’re making it out to be. There’s SO many issues that they’re all hiding just to get people to join.
