The rise of theta chi needs to be studied. Somehow a dry house is one of the best chapters on campus. The gulag is the best sat house. The guys are genuine. They also know how to hit the books. All around amazing

I love theta chi! They’ve been growing a ton recently and the pc is super good looking. Gulag will always be top satellite house. Music is great and I’ve never had a problem. Great guys.

Theta Chi has grown rapidly over the past few years, and it's easy to see why. They are a great group of guys who are very involved but also know how to party. After their recent PC, I think they are going to get even bigger in the years to come.

the theta chi rise was very unexpected, they went from irrelevant freshmen year to one of the best houses this year. they check all the boxes of a top fraternity, are a great pairing, and plus the gulog is the best sat house and it’s not close

The brothers in Theta Chi are some of the nicest and most genuine guys I've seen amongst other fraternities from our pairing. Theta Chi's most recent fall pledge class has some pretty attractive dudes and is also very classy. Compared to some of the other Frat houses Theta Chi is definitely a top house in my opinion because they know how to party on the weekends, also are super smart, and know how to be cool around other sorority women.

Theta Chi is becoming a very popular house and the gulag is iconic. The guys are super classy and super nice. A theta chi helped me fix my tire.
