These guys are going downhill and giving bids to any random Geeds that walk through the doors these days. Creepy guys when it comes to parties. Wouldnt be surprised if they are low tier 2 years from now.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.5 Overall they got lit parties with good themes and always got a packed basement. Have some cute guys and are always fun to be around. Definitely a top house and love to see them on the come up and having more parties this year.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.5 Not what they used to be, they’ve recruited pretty bad and half their pledges drop or or can’t maintain grades. They’ve let some goobers slip through the cracks. Their parties have a creepy vibe. What happened? Hopefully they can turn things around to how they were before.
