You don't get to coast off your 1980's reputation. Both of those houses have a bad reputation now.

The only two houses not jealous of ChiO and PBP are KKG and KAO BUT the only house that cares enough to become obsessed with those houses is Tridelta.

Go ahead and tell yourself that if it makes you feel like life is worth living again. Just know that it doesn't convince anyone that Pi Phi is in the same realm as KAT and KKG and that XO is anywhere above the bottom of the middle tier.
