Tiers updated after fall

1. Beta - they are boring AF but their house is amazing and the guys are solid. Chicks love them.
2. Pike - debated having them #1 due to them being more fun than Beta but #2 isn't bad.
3. ATO - ladies love them, idk why they seem low key lame to me and are boring AF. PC quality is top for sure though.
4. KS/DTD - take your pick between the 2 they both have great names in this region and get good sororities around. Also after pike these 2 throw the best parties by far.
5. Vacant due to tie above.
6. SX - another great name nationally that are solid here. Girls love them and their philanthropy events are some of the biggest on campus.
7. SigEp - it's too easy to get in and their solo events are not good. Most of the guys are top notch and have good relationships with other good frats that they rage with. Probably the best pull with sororities though.
8. SN - idk anything about them never met one or been around their house but they are talked about
9. KA/PKP/PDT - I have HS friends in all 3 and all have a great time and great names nationally. Need to be talked about more, very under rated.
I don't hear about or know anything about anyone else to rank them. I'm sure other groups are solid too.

Well seeing how it also has more dislikes then views you can tell SigEp is trying to bury this. OP is just fighting back. SigEp is good but it's by far the easiest frat to get into which allows a lot of feeds to get in and ruin everything. Brotherhood isn't close without pledging together. Their parties also are not good. They have good sororities around and about half of them are top tier quality guys, it's the other half of the fraternity and their nationals rules that brings it down.
