If you actually say Theta and DDD are tops after Rush this year, then you are clueless.
Move them down with AXO, and move APhi down 1 line then it’s right.
I’m not being mean but it’s time to recognize that Theta and DDD are being cut for AXO and APhi. I know so many who cut both Theta and DDD this year.
Time to give credit to the houses who have risen. Stop being stuck in ancient times.

People cut aphi and axo too! They all have great new member classes and everyone went where they were supposed to go no matter who they cut!!

Do you disagree? I know of many girls who cut Theta and DDD this year for AXO. Truth matters. Maybe Theta and DDD still remain top 5, but when girls are cutting them for Middle houses, that tells me otherwise. Just sayin'

Your anecdotal view is contradicted by anecdotal view where I know many girls who had Theta or TriDelt along with AXO for pref night, and they chose Theta or TriDelt. It's not one or the other, it can be both.

It’s about longevity. Yes AXO has a new great house and has been doing better, but let’s be real, if you knew anything about OU you would still choose theta or tri delt over alpha chi and aphi. Not to mention both houses are getting a new renovation and will be very good again.
