Chi o actually had to do this because of having the highest return rates during recruitment last year out of all of the panhellenic chapters. The way that this process works with pan is that the higher your return rates for the previous year are, the less girls you are allowed to invite back each round the following year. The less girls you are allowed to invite back each round, the less girls you can have recruiting, unless you want to hotbox the PNM’s with 4 active members to 1 PNM.

That is literally the truth lol. Chi o had a 99% return rate in recruitment last year. Check your facts

They 100 percent did have the highest return rate in recruitment last year. You can ask any house about it, Panhellenic literally sends out the return rate numbers at the end of recruitment each year to all of the houses. You clearly didn’t check the facts lol
