FYI- that is an abbreviation that UT students use in Greek rank so they don't have to write out the names- the sororities don't call themselves that and the students don't either. You kinda look stupid calling yourself that, especially because no one from those houses would call themselves that!! LOL!

Don't worry, dear. I am not the one that is looking stupid. The weirdo that keeps posting on this site saying that Gamma Phi and Theta are the problem is the one that looks stupid. If you were really worried about keeping people from looking stupid, you'd be working on yourself first.

You do look a little obsessed with Chi O. It appears you've written something about them on every discussion post. Yesterday you kept bumping up a theta post, the day before it was chi o, and before recruitment for almost 2 months you bumped up a nasty article on Alpha Phi.
I guess you're still at it because you got a really bad pc and the other sororities got the girls they wanted. How do I know- return rates

You girls need to just stop. The posting and the nastiness on this website is just crazy. You are all an embarrassment to Greeks everywhere. Go and hang out with your new members and be happy for the girls you got. I know several from my home town ended up in many different houses at OU. They were all great girls.

The whole thing about the original girl's obsession with bashing Gamma Phi was kind of funny since everyone at OU knew that they'd done really well last year. But when she started making up stuff like they were on probation and that they were importing girls for recruitment, etc. right before recruitment, it concerned me. Impressionable PNMs might believe lies just because they read then on the internet. I got a group of girls that were all at camp together and we tried to refute that girl. There was only one Gamma Phi, but we love her and didn't want her house to suffer because of lies. Anyway, none of us posted after recruitment began because that seems to go against pan requirements about conversing with PNMs during recruitment. I do think it's interesting that the original girl is still posting. No one care any more - recruitment is over. You gotta wonder what her motive is now.

You were missing Kappa too because someone was spreading a story about them on probation at the same time- your group didn't defend that house either

We defended what we saw. Unfortunately no one had enough time to be on here 24 hours a day like the original obsessed girl. We never defended Alpha Phi because one of our group is African American and was horribly offended by it. She probably did comment on that post which is her right and really, her duty. As for Kappa, I didn't see them bashed but you know we weren't on here always. As for Chi O, I only saw them getting bashed after recruitment started. We were off by then. I think there were a lot of alums and other interested people on here then and they're entitled to their opinions. The real problem to me was the out and out lies -- there is not excuse for that. No one knows what house anyone is from so when they say they do, they're lying. When they make up things about a house (probation, etc.) they're lying. When they say "everyone at OU thinks this" they're lying. We, as a greek community, need to be more civil than that.

Random comment? Not enough info? What are you talking about??? Also, if a house goes over quota it is a quota addition- meaning the girls were not high enough on either pref night house's lists to receive a bid, so the PNM first choice(house with 88) was asked to make the girls quota additions- house accepted.
Any house over quota had the same situation.

I think she's commenting on the fact that the sorority that was bashed continually on here (and is still being bashed tonight) did quite well during recruitment. The name of this comment thread is "are the gamma phis finished." I interpret her comment as laughing at that idea.

Well, I think I agree with you. They are no where near a top house and I think all the crap on this site is going to continue until EVERYONE cedes they are- which people won't do because they aren't and they had a terrible recruitment.
Classic we don't like our lives so we'll get online and pretend to be something we're not!

It's quality not quantity that counts- if your house is at chapter total and your pledge class is at quota that's a good thing! But beyond that it's the quality of the girls that count. Top houses get top girls.
Not implying anything at all- just sayin a number is a number and it's the quality that counts!

apparently she's not moving on... I don't know how many girls Gamma Phi got but I do know a lot of them because our houses apparently were recruiting many of the same girls. I talked to quite a few that were at our house for pref. Those girls I know are quality because I know their resumes. I'm going to assume the rest of their house is of equal quality.

You know so little it's pathetic. I am a member of one of those houses and I can call myself anything I want to. It's not exclusive to UT since I'm at OU. You are trying to make this about me, instead of making it about Chi O, the subject of my comment. I'm sick of Chi O's bashing of Theta and Gamma Phi. If you want to keep it up, do. I can't control you. I just wanted you to know it was making your house look bad and the ones you're bashing look great!
