I saw Alpha Phi’s latest Instagram post and story both which have some their girls waving at the front of the door. I read somewhere on this site that Alpha Phi at OU has the prettiest girls in the chapter only be in the front to greet PNMs. If you look on there Instagram posts, the door is filled literally their baddies like the girls whom have the most followers on Instagram. Do you guys think they did this on purpose and what everyone else says about them promoting their prettier girls only is true? Yes or no

This is a national strategy for A Phi. Almost every chapter recruits for the best looking girls they can get regardless of their grades or reputations. So you will see a lot of chapters with the lowest grades on campus and ones in trouble because of behavior. Some girls don't care and want to be in a house that's perceived as pretty. Others want girls with character and intelligence regardless of looks. You have to decide where you fit.
