Tri Delt has been at the lower end of the top 5 and after recent events have dropped even further. Just wait til recruitment next year. They have been slipping for years and now for sure are lower middle tier. Sorry DDD it’s the truth. Doesn’t mean you don’t have some great girls bc all houses do but your overall reputation is not good.

Kappa is the top house and Theta is right behind them. Sorry Tri Delta, but as much as you have been a top 3 house in the past, in the light of past events it's truly hard to say you will stay up there. In my eyes both DG and Aphi are making solid strides to be up there in the next year a two.

I think AXO as well. They have done well the last year or two and have gotten involved all over campus. Aphi doesn’t do anything...bad grades and bad rep. DG is active on campus but not your super cute girls. You can’t say a house is tops based only on looks. Bc aphi would win out but their reputation will never out then in the top. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry Kappa mom, but I know way too many highly recruited PNMs who cut Kappa is the last couple of years, so you’re wrong about Kappa being the top house here. Kappas have a really bad mean girl problem which is causing them to lose status every year.

apparently rightfully so since I've sadly heard multiple times that girls in Kappa act all happy and perfect when they are really feeling miserable in their houses wishing they had gone somewhere where they truly felt comfortable (where they could make TRUE friends) rather than just focused on what they thought would be the highest ranking... the friends you make in your houses (and beyond, in all of college which I pray is more than just your house but also through your college, involvement, career programs/internships, etc) are what make your experience and the memories you'll cherish, not the ranking of that house. cold hard truth: this isn't high school (thank God), but if you treat college like it is, then that's what you'll get from it and you'll probably be hating every second of it so focus on what truly matters when you rush :)
and all of that above is actually primarily based on what I've been told by multiple Kappas myself (and personal experience too of course)
