I’m really curious to know what makes aphi top of the middle? They never win anything, their grades aren’t great, and they don’t have the best reputation. Their house is full of pretty girls though. I would say the top of the middle is gphi or dg. Both of these houses make good grades, both do well in competitions, and both houses have tons of girls involved on campus and in leadership positions. I think that constitutes top of the middle more than a bunch of pretty faces...

A Phi isn't the top of the middle, Chi O and DG are tied for that position. Top of the top is Tri Delta and Theta in that order. Lower top is G Phi, Kappa, and Pi Phi in whatever order you like them because they're all different. Upper middle is DG and Chi O in whichever order you like. A Phi, AXO and AOP are lower middle because they're each known for only one thing each. AGD is lower but will continue to improve with their new house.

What facts are you reading..... theta, pi phi, kappa and tri delt all pull for similar girls - top tier girls. Who’s the top of these 4 houses is all an opinion and based on what you consider a good house. But Gphi..... Gphi pulls for any girl that doesn’t cut them first round. Gphi has scandals trophies but so does pi phi and the other top houses. Anyone who has gphi on pref night probably has axo or dg. And if they are lucky enough to have theta, kappa, pi phi or tri delt, they will definitely not be preffing gphi. Many girls have kappa-theta, theta-tridelt, pi phi-tri delt, chip-kappa, pi phi-kappa pref night. Not to mention gphi has snap bids and spring rush.

yep I'd put Tridelt and Theta at the top Kappa by itself somewhere and Gphi and Piphi at the same level with Gphi having an advantage. Kappa doesn't compete with any other house they're just in their own world. But you can't go wrong with any of those houses because they're all good in different ways.

hahaah well I do go to OU and happen to know that many girls cut agd and aopi first round and for their third cut they have a hard time deciding between axo, dg, and gphi. Any girl who has a perfect rush has theta, tri delt, pi phi, kappa and chi o/aphi for their houses on sisterhood day.

DDD had a lesser class last year and a not great one the year before. They're still good but they need to make better decisions

^^ I agree!! Not sure why tri delt has been so hyped up.... I hate saying this cus I know it brings SO much hate on chi o but they had a great rush this year!! They stole a lot of girls from a lot of top houses and their new house is beautiful! Please don’t hate on chi o for this post, I swear I’m not a chio!! Just pan love!!

I'm pretty sure everyone heard about the Kappa drama last year. I love these girls but they let a couple of girls play politics and blacklisted a whole high school. Ughhh

Yeah the facts are that DDD and KAT are the houses that most girls want when they go through. The second level of popularity does include KKG PBP and GPB but they attract completely different girls. KKG attracts girls that drop out if they don't get KKG. That doesn't happen with PBP and GPB and they usually have each other or DDD or KAT for pref too. Girls turn down XO and DG for the other houses but they're more popular than the lower ones. You'll probably notice some older alums on here with different ranks but these are the current ranks.
