Pi Phi is the #1 house now. Thetas used to be good but they are getting worse looking every year. They definitely are smart but that's all they've got.

True. Don't goose Theta. But by all means GO Theta. They rarely lose a girl they want in pref. If she goes to another house it's probably because she was on Theta's second list and didn't get in. Sorry you're so salty.

Very young life-ish. They think that their 0.1% higher GPA is a game changer when nobody cares. Frats don't connect very well with them because they're such annoying bible-beaters.

You know, not everyone goes through rush to get into the most popular or "top" house. When I went through rush theta was one of the first houses I cut. I hated the girl that I talked to, and all she did was talk about the Bible and God, and it made me so uncomfortable.

Say what you will about Theta, they're not attractive and don't know how to have fun. If that's your idea of a great 4 years of college, then go for it. I'm going to be having more fun than that.

Theta is thought to be top house. Most likely this was written by a GPB. That house has all the girls cut by the top houses and APhi. Generally Theta/Kappa then PBP/XO/DDD pick your order
