Some live in sophomore year, some junior year. It makes no difference whatsoever. Somebody on here is talking about about all the good houses so that PNMs will choose their house instead. Don't be fooled. Look at who placed in grades both semesters. Theta and one other house. Don't be distracted by sleeping arrangements and living in arrangements.

It's a long-standing "issue" but one you won't hear about during recruitment. Just know that as a sophomore, you will have live off campus and then hopefully move into the house as a junior.

So girls like to pledge them and they are Definately a top house, if not the top house.BUT people do dislike them and they are the house literally no one likes and makes fun of behind their backs- they have no clue. It's true their sisterhood is seriously lacking!
