Yes. It is a ghost called Nancy. In the 60's a chi omega was dating a Beta. They got in some kind of fight and she committed suicide off the second floor... Or something like that. It is documented in a book... Ghosts of OU or a similar title. She is supposedly a ghost that watches over them. I think she haunts the Beta house too... Not sure.

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at The University of Oklahoma - OU 1.0 If you only have AGD and XO... Choose AGD-they are genuine and everyone loves them. Plus they are going to have a fab house compared to the haunted XO one. Otherwise- stay independent. The other option is to pledge XO and then transfer to OSU or Arkansas where they are strong.
