Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at The University of Oklahoma - OU 2.0 I mean they're not all bad... Just mostly bad. I see a bunch of them involved on campus, but then I see a bunch of them go into a sorority's philanthropy without paying... So I guess they're below average. They have SAE's old cook and an awesome house but otherwise there's no appeal.
