the purse thing

A friend rushed at a different SEC school and told me you were given a ziplock bag during rush and weren't allowed purses. A friend at a different school said you were encouraged to bring a nice bag because the active talking to you would take it. What's the ole miss policy?

Purses. You will be given a small zip lock bag for belongings such as deodorant and mints. The reason for no purses is to prevent pnms for bringing cell phones to rounds. Phones are not allowed and you will get it a lot of trouble for having a phone.
