dues/bids

How lenient are fraternities towards paying dues. Are they all at one time, or is it like I can pay a little at a time? Also which white fraternities accept blacks, what arey chances of getting into a decent fraternity?

Dues are typically paid on a monthly basis...usually 3 or 4 months per semester. Every house is a little different.

every chapter has issues with collecting dues from all members in a timely manner
