I will be a freshman this. Is Ole Miss a party school? There are massive frat parties? Are they open to all or you have to be in a frat?

I'm oss and attending this fall. I'll admit that I am more than a little overwhelmed. I know that I want to rush and was told not to say anything about being a legacy. Is that true?
