when are initiations?

When do sororities do initiation? Is it in the fall or spring?

I think some are call some are spring. Does anyone else know when sororities do actual initiation. Rush is late September this year.

All sororities other than XO initiate within 6-8 weeks of pledging, which means initiation in the Fall. XO is the only smart house that initiates in the Spring, after 1st semester grades come out.

@Hazing, that applies primarily to fraternities. Sororities rarely have issues with hazing. There are a few instances, but nothing like the male fraternities. NPC went to Fall initiation for an entirely different reason... money. They initiate WAY too quickly now. The pledges don't begin to have enough appreciation for their sorority before they are making a permanent commitment. They don't even know each other yet.
