what is oxford like as a town?

Considering Ole Miss, but haven't visited yet and I was just wondering how exactly y'all would describe Oxford?

Oxford is "cute" and "charming" if you're from a rural garbage town in the South or if you know you're only here for 4 years and will move on after school.
