delta psi & beta

Would I be right if I considered Delta Psi and Beta on the same level? Both are known for being nice boys that have decent/good parties.

Delta Psi is known for being smart and nice. Beta is known for nice Texas and Georgia boys. In my opinion Beta is higher because they continue to get better and have bigger names at their parties.
