new sororities?

I am aware that Ole Miss keeps growing and that the numbers of people rushing each year increases. I was wondering if Ole Miss were to get new houses on campus, where will the new greek houses go? Alpha Phi took the last spot on Rebel Drive and there isn't much room on fraternity row either. Any talk of a greek village for the future?
