Phi mu, try delt, and chi o, definitely have a lot of hot girls added with their new pledge classes. My vote for them to be top tier HANDS DOWN. kappa unfortunately trends down, rest are good

The pledges for Kappa this year are hot but are not approachable. They need to get more friendly.

phi tau. When I was a freshman phi tau was your typical average drinking club party house on campus and then they fell apart after a big pledge class they had a lot drop. Sig Ep will start to fade away here pretty soon.

Re: Sorority ranks - You're delusional to rank Kappa and Phi Mu ahead of Pi Phi. XO, DDD, KD and DG are "trapped" in legacy land, but as a result, their p/r is phenomenal, which helps maintain reps no matter how low they go. If they "trend down" it is because of being locked into those not-necessarily-so-desirable legacies.

Your fraternity ranks are accurate. Your sorority ranks not so much... I do see why they could sound accurate, but you have to realize that sorority reputations take years to change. Unlike fraternities who just need effort from its members and money to rise in the ranks.
