by: AdviceAlright! Variable Quota seemed to do a great job of making some really good pledge classes all around. For those groups with larger pledge classes, it is up to you. You will need to go above and beyond to create sisterhood among these very large pledge classes. A lot of these girls do not know many in these newer groups and will leave if they don't find close new friendships. Work Hard and you will have an even better group next year.

Those who wound up somewhere they might not have initially expected -- look around at all the amazing people in your sisterhood this year, you have the potential make your chapter better each year. Stick together, start talking about your goals for this year and next year's recruitment, and be amazed at what you can accomplish. Identify the people in your pledge class early on who can be future recruitment or social chairs -- groom them and encourage them to rise to the challenge. Those that came before you took a chance, believed and they got you -- you can make it even better!
