questions on the top 4 ifc houses

As someone who is coming into Ole Miss this fall I have looked into Phi Delt, Sigma Nu, KA and Sigma Chi. People say those are arguably top houses?

What are some of the differences between the four? And I am a legacy of one of the houses so how are legacies treated with respect to bidding?

Any real answers will genuinely be appreciated.

You can cross Sigma Chi off your list. They are on probation for the next year and can't have a pledge class.
