they're living in phi psi next year while their house gets major renovations and re-built because their national headquarters are stationed in Indianapolis. They are making their house into a showcase house to show other leaders of other AGD chapters when they visit. at least phi psi won't have a frat move in who will destroy it with their pairs and try to make it their own. I have friends in AGD who I have talked to and they're so grateful to have this opportunity and are very respectful of the men of phi psi and their home.

Wise words to AGD - stay off GR. Even with your innocent posts you are opening yourself up to ridicule and criticism. No one believes your "friends" are posting here with basic facts and defense of your chapter It's obvious it's you. That's OK, but know you are opening yourself up to the haters.

That's great. It's a win win for both chapters. AGD can do a major reno while Phi Psi doesn't take a huge financial hit.
