delta chi vs. skulls

Hi I was wondering if someone on this sit could let me know how skulls and delta chi stack up against each other? I know Dchi has a house, but from what I gather they're basically the same house with the same type of people.

DX is way better than Skulls. Next Year with ATO's house, we will become the rising star at IU. Skulls will still be the irrelevant unhoused frat.

Dchi is better than half housed fraternities now. Not even comparable to skulls pike etc
