Tridelt, Pi Phi, and Alpha Phi will forever and always be the third street elite. These are the top houses. Everyone wants to get into them during rush. They're called the third street elite for a reason.

Ok no matter what you think about the "third street elite" can't deny these houses are hard to get into

There are plenty of houses that are difficult to get into. Third Street is not a monopoly here, nor elite in that respect.

They are called Third Street Elite because they call themselves that. Few others do. Don't be fooled freshmen. Sisterhood is not elite, it's something to be shared not kept for a few select few.

It may have been that way at one time but it is not the case anymore. Sorry, but Alpha Phi just isn't what it used to be.
