Not really. Maybe a bit if their relations chair is charismatic. It happened when they got the house 4 years ago but the brothers were goobers back then.

That's if DX can afford the ATO house. I heard there maybe money issues now with DX.

If DX and Pike can't afford it, I doubt anyone can. They're going to have to lower their price. a 14K pricing house tag will not help you during rush.
