by: GI heard there are currently 5 fraternities and 2 sororities looking into ATO's house and the decision will be made by early November on who gets it. Who are the 5 fraternities and 2 sororities looking at it?

This is quite incorrect. look at @the lowdown and @houses posts. they seem to be more informed

Most of you are wrong and this is why:
-Skulls lost DChi's current house bc they were ~$100,000 in debt. Not at all a serious contestant for the ATO house. Horrible tenants.
-Phi Sig taking DChi's house next year bc they own it and DChi is leasing it.
-Pike only has ~85 brothers INCLUDING their current pledges. That is not suitable numbers to be competitive for the ATO house.
-Pilam... good joke.
-The current housed fraternities are up in the air such as Sammy, ZBT, and DChi.

Who holds the leases for the Sammy and ZBT houses? Are their leases up or would they try to get out of them to move?

The sororities won't be able to get the house and here's why:
A good percentage of girls join off campus sororities because they can't afford to live in a house, or they would hate the idea of living in a house with 50+ other girls.
The off campus sororities are also relatively new and have almost zero alumni or nationals support. They also lack the housing corps to negotiate a deal to lease a house.
Although ATO would love to lease the house to a sorority (less risk), the sororities would not be able to pull it off.

Why in the hell would a sorority want to live in that hell hole...one word..urinals.
