Its not like what the pledge did was against the law. Will the chapter be suspended? Arrests for hazing? Anything happen?

There is a kid wearing an ATO shirt in the video so that's incriminating enough. Within my own fraternity we are forbid from having strippers at our house. That is enough to get your charter pulled. It still can happen and is harmless as long as you have common sense. No common sense was displayed here. No reason it should be a pledge activity. The kids sitting in just their boxers are very likely pledges.

People have had their charters pulled for less than this. It just looks really bad and the media is going to go to town with this. They will probably be kicked off campus/suspended 2-4 years
