all-around good houses
by: CGFor real now, what's are all-around good houses with a pretty good gpa, strong athletics, throws good parties, good rep on campus, and has an overall strong, classy brotherhood?

Pretty much all of the top-middle top houses with a 3.1+ gpa fit the description. ATO, phi delts, etc. OP, if you're worried about the impact that pledging will have on your grades then figuring out how many of their brothers got into Kelley after pledging is a good indicator.
