I honestly don't know how Beta is considered a top 3 house by some people. I know guys in almost every house that know Beta is a joke. They have lame parties according to all girls, they don't pledge, and they don't have respect from any fraternity on campus. As a guy, they have the most feminine guys I've ever met and I definitely would have taken a bid at any top house and most middle houses over them.
