I tried to take into account everyone's posts and keep my own bias out of it.

(All in order, don't scrutinize one spot too much)
Top: ATO, Sig Chi, Pi Kapps, Phi Psi, Beta
Upper-Middle: Fiji, Delts, Sammy, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig
Middle: ZBT, Phi Sig, Sig Nu, Sig Pi
Lower Middle: Sig Ep, SAE, DU, Theta Chi
Bottom: AEPi, Lambda, Delta Chi

I like this a lot. Sig Ep is interesting with taking a big hit from probo but winning Little 5 at the same time. Looks right to me. Delts I think could be higher too.

ksig is better than sammy and phi delt. and ATO is definitely not number 1. delts should be top and phi psi is upper middle. they arent any different from ksig or fiji.
