middle tier
by: greekWe all know who the top houses are (they have been top for years now), but who is considered "middle tier" as of today? I see this tier switching between a couple of houses.

DZ and Kappa may be higher than some of these, but they still aren't considered top tier. I think that's what makes the middle so interesting. In all actuality, there is a lot of variation in the middle group. However, these chapters aren't quite up to the "top" level, but they definitely aren't in the "bottom" group. Most of these chapters are no brainers when girls are ranking. They make the first list (top 16) with little debate.
Kappa, DZ, DG, Gamma Phi are definitely the top of the middle and all good chapters. But Theta, KD, AXiD, and AOII are good chapters too. Nothing wrong with any of them, full of great women. IU's middle tier is as strong or stronger than some school's top tier (I am looking at you Purdue and Ball State).
