how hard is it to rush to a fraternity out of state? does it matter?

As a fraternity member from out of state who rushed in fall 2014 it's extremely easy to rush in the fall. It doesn't matter if you're out of state you have to do formal rush now and everybody is basically on the same playing field a lot of good houses actually look for guys who are out of state and as an out of state guy myself too I'm looking for them as well see you in the fall!
