traditions - sweethearts

Do any fraternities here have a sweetheart? I'm sure it varies by chapter, but I've never heard about anything.

I heard lots of houses used to do them I know Lambda has/had a sweetheart club back in the day because my uncle is an alumni

They're not technically supposed to. I heard that a few years ago NPC mandated that NPC women couldn't take part in fraternity recruitment anymore, which meant not being able to be sweethearts.
