pledging as a junior
by: ?So I transferred here this semester and was wondering about rushing in the Fall as a junior? Do houses ever have junior pledges? not sure if it matters but I'm taking a fifth year and thus will be here for another three years

The only chances you have are informal in the fall if any chapters do it and then Sigma Kappa in the spring. New colonies take women from all classes so that founding group graduates in gradual groups, not all at once.
Formal recruitment will be a waste of your fee. It's not because of anything other than your class standing.

Technically you are a Sophmore. If you rush as a Sophmore you will have a lot better chance. Good Luck...
