That's the opposite of what's happening, actually. Not even Lambda wants to pair with you anymore.

that's totally false. first of all, lambda is still obsessed with them. also, they're pairing with DU for little 5 (who paired with theta last year), and have pairs with sig pi, snu, etc. check your facts

In my opinion, there are a lot of underrated chapters.
AOII and KD are underrated for their academics. For some reason Theta has the reputation as the academic chapter but haven't had the highest GPA for several semesters.
ASA, DPhiE, TPA are all underrated because they don't have chapter houses.
ZTA, AXO are underrated because they don't live in Third Street. I still don't understand the total reverence of those Third Street chapters. There are many good chapters at IU.
ADPi and AGD underrated because people say negative things about them all the time that just aren't true. There really is vey little difference between most of the so-called "lower tier" chapters.

There is a world of difference between agd and ADPi. I wouldn't even consider agd a "lower tier" anymore. They are solid middle house

Nobody at IU moves up "crazy fast". Not to say AGD hasn't improved bc they have, but the rankings at IU never change - the "upper tier" will stomp on you until you go back to where they feel you belong.

i put adpi bc they actually got a pretty good pc.
i disagree with everyone about locations. zeta isn't underrated because they aren't on third street. they aren't underrated in general. just like how dg's location shouldnt matter for they're rank.

Not true. DU pairs with AGD every chance they get and were so excited to have them as their pair.

That's not what guys in DU are saying. AGD was the last unpaired sorority and SAE, Theta Chi and DU all needed pairs so they took what they could get.

Three houses that I've found to be underrated and have very chill and good looking girls (for the most part): AOPi, Theta, and KD.
They are all middle tier in my opinion, however, I've found that a lot of guys would rather throw down or just hang out with these girls rather than some of the upper tiers. They can hang, arent socially awkward, and I get the vibe tht they genuinely enjoy their houses.
This is an opinion based question so it is obviously going to be different for everyone. Just my opnion

The whole tier thing is a bunch of bs manufactured by the Regina George's of the world. There are great girls in every house - just like there are great guys in every house. The Greeks at IU are missing out because they don't think they can party out of their "Tier" - get over yourselves. Branch out - meet new people - you might just surprise yourself.
