Starting with the Srats –

The Tri-Delt house at 818 E. 3rd sits empty. Their insurance company won’t allow them to rent to any frats.

Gphi is back home at 1305 Eagleson after renting the Tri-Delt house last year while theirs was under renovation.

SK continue to rent the house at 1411 David Baker which is actually owned by the K-Sig frat. Rumor is SK just renewed for an extra year - bad news K-Sig.

TPA continues to rent the house at 1200 E. 3rd which is actually owned by the DU frat. DU is back on campus now, and back in their house next year after being kicked off by their nationals in November of 23. TPA will be homeless. Maybe move down the street to the Tri-Delt house?

ASA & DPHIE remain unhoused.

Frats –

Acacia is back home at 702 E.3rd, forcing Beta Sig (who was renting) out.

Beta Sig is now renting 1500 David Baker from Mike at UJ80corp.

TEP moved across the parking lot from 1500 to the larger house at 1640 David Baker and are also renting from Mike at UJ80corp. Rumor is Beta Sig & TEP both signed 6-year leases.

A-Sig moved from 1640 David Baker across town to rent the ATO house at 720 E. 3rd (after Chi Phi got kicked off in December 25).

DKE is still renting 601 E. 7th which is actually the Sigma Chi house (kicked off summer of 25, allegedly returning Fall of 28)
